I am an avid amateur photographer. As someone whose mind can race and get absorbed in unnecessary mental clutter, photography has been a great mode of grounding for me. When I hold the camera, I am instantly locked in to the moment, highly aware of the lights, sounds and movements around me. It is a means to keep me acutely aware of my surroundings and allows for me to appreciate the minutia of this world.
Below are some of my favorites from both current travels and past trips. My intention is to update them frequently (rather than blogging photos every day) so check back often and see some of the world through my eyes!
